Jacquie was known at work as a very conservative person who had a great work record. Jacquie thanked the Human Resources manager for his uplifting and stimulating thoughts and then took the elevator to the organization's employee's assistance program to discuss her "drunk driving" arrest, her involvement in careless drinking drinking over the weekend, and her wish to employ a "driving while intoxicated" lawyer to represent her DWI case. After hearing Jacquie's "story", the counselor that was part of the company employee's assistance program went over Jacquie's immediate "action plan" that she needed to understand and follow.
