Bejeweled Game Review: Relief For The Google Android Smart Phone

10% to 60% off most dental procedures

These days you can almost ask yourself in what desolate place you have lived because you do not know the game Bejeweled. Some even compare its achievement to the famous game Tetris. Perhaps you have heard about it when PopCap released bejeweled 3 of the game soon after the successful bejeweled 2? Well, EA Mobile decided a while ago to release this game to the android phones also.

For the people who do not know the game yet: the aim of bejeweled is to make three of the same colored jewels connected either horizontal or upright. Each time you are allowed to exchange two jewels in the playfield to make those connections. When three of the same color connect, they disappear. The jewels on top of the 3 will fall down and new will shift in. When you are able to create a chain reaction of '3 jewels connect', your points is going to rise!

The android version of bejeweled is playable in normal and time trial mode. The normal mode allows you to keep playing unless you run out of combinations. I assume the time trial mode speaks for itself. In the years bejeweled was around I have played these kinds of game versions online. All those are nicely animated and have a fast paced gameplay. The graphics of the game do not matter very much, it's the concept of the game and that fast gameplay that create that 'Bejeweled experience'. Trying out the game on many older versions of the android phones really messed up the gameplay, simply because they are so terribly slow. Also the sounds used in the game are not that superb. In the end that does not matter that much in any respect. For me personally the game Bejeweled for android is graded nothing above a straight 6.
